Meet Oliver, a beautiful 4-year-old male Pacific Parrotlet seeking a very specific, loving, and understanding forever home. When he is at his best, Oliver is a deeply sweet, funny, and playful companion who loves attention and can be very affectionate. He is not a bird that can just sit in a cage; he thrives on being out of his cage and part of daily household life. Oliver's ideal home will be with a patient family who is completely unbothered by loud noises and occasional bites, and who will provide plenty of safe, supervised out-of-cage time every single day. He needs an environment where he is accepted for his true, spunky personality—noise, quirks, and all. To ensure Oliver is placed with an owner who truly understands his needs, an adoption application will need to be filled out.

He is also extremely noisy with a loud voice that he loves to use. He can be territorial, cage-aggressive, and protective over his food. He is prone to occasional biting when feeling territorial or overstimulated.
Care Requirements
Requires plenty of safe, supervised out-of-cage time every single day. He thrives on being actively included in the household's daily life and cannot be locked up all day. Owners should be prepared for territorial behavior around his cage and food.
