Brampton families adopt a lot of birds through BST — our sister service Bird Sitting Brampton operates here, which means local pickup coordination and post-adoption support are easy. Budgies and cockatiels from Brampton homes appear on the portal regularly.
From Bramalea to Mount Pleasant, Brampton adopters find budgies, cockatiels, and conures rehomed from nearby homes, with local pickup and post-adoption support through our Bird Sitting Brampton network.

Most birds have a modest adoption fee set by their current owner. The fee helps deter resellers and impulse adopters and often reflects the cage and supplies included — it's shown on each bird's listing.

Start a Free Listing**Rehoming fee of $300 for Meimei** Meimei is a healthy bird who has never had any illnesses. She enjoys sweet fruits and vegetables such as apples, grapes, and sweet potatoes. She also loves pumpkin seeds and sunflower seeds as her favorite treats. She has always been a free-roam companion bird and is used to spending most of her day outside of her cage. She loves sitting on your shoulder, stepping up onto your hand, and simply being close to the person she trusts. Meimei is very much a one-person bird. She takes time to warm up to new people, but once she chooses her person, she forms an incredibly strong bond. She becomes extremely affectionate, loves giving kisses, and enjoys spending quality time together every day. She is also a smart and interactive little bird. She can whistle, say a few words, and even says “Mama.” She enjoys communicating with her favorite person and loves being involved in whatever you’re doing. Because Meimei has a strong personality, she can be protective of her cage and may be defensive around strangers at first. She needs a patient and understanding adopter who is willing to let her adjust at her own pace and earn her trust gradually. Once that trust is built, she is an incredibly loyal and loving companion. To help her transition, I will provide two large cages, along with her toys, perches, food bowls, and any remaining food and supplies that she is familiar with. My biggest wish is for Meimei to find her forever home. I would strongly prefer a local adopter so she can settle into a stable environment, and I do not want her to be rehomed or resold in the future. Rehoming Meimei is an incredibly difficult decision for me. I love her deeply, and my only goal is to find a safe, loving, and permanent home where she will be cherished for the rest of her life. Because Meimei means so much to me, I will be selective when choosing her new family. My priority is finding someone who has the time, patience, and commitment to give her the loving, permanent home she deserves.
