Please note that transactional emails directly related to your active applications cannot be opted out of.

Our platform uses minimal cookies necessary for site functionality and session management. We track page views and bird listing views to understand platform usage and improve our service. Email open tracking may be used to ensure delivery of important application updates. We do not use third-party advertising trackers.

For accepted applications, we may share your contact information (name, email, and phone number) with the previous bird owner to facilitate the rehoming process and ensure a smooth transition for the bird. We retain your personal information for as long as necessary to operate the platform and fulfill the purposes outlined in this policy.
