Tipsy is a gentle, sociable girl who is a little timid at first but quickly warms up, especially if you offer treats from your hand. Once she's comfortable, she is tame, never bites, and will happily step up. For her age, Tipsy is very active and loves her daily out-of-cage time, where she'll fly to your shoulder and chatter sweetly. Her cage is her safe place, and she comes with her complete setup, including the cage on a rolling stand with perches and toys. She would suit a calm, patient home that will give her time to settle in and enjoy her surroundings. Every interested adopter must submit an application before being considered.
